That means we don’t let other people do work that we can do ourselves. Our chicken is smoked here. Our pepperoni is cured here. Our sausages are ground just feet away. In fact, unless otherwise noted, pretty much everything on our menu is made in-house.

All of our dough, sauce, and ingredients are made in-house daily. Our crust is made from beer ingredients and brushed with our signature red chili oil (don’t worry, it’s not too hot). After-Bake Shake-Ons provided at every table so you can kick it up a notch.

Beer It Forward
A local brewmaster inspired pie, using beer-making ingredients in the dough, complemented by toppings paired with the seasons perfect draft pour. It’s ok to have a little beer in your pizza — just don’t put pizza in your beer. 

Rock It Forward
Our favorite bands and musicians inspire our pizza making too. Dough and toppings divined by lyrics, song titles, or albums — if you can pick out the inspiration for this season’s special in our vinyl bin, we’ll drop the needle on it just for you.
